Illustration Friday "detached"

My Sister bought me these little stone figures back from egypt. she thought they were a set when she bought them but then we realized that only two of them opened into little pots and one of them was solid, as hard as we clawed at it to try to find a join. anyway months later I'm polishing my shelves and I move them and the solid one just comes apart in my hands. i'd just that morning comeback form the egypt exhibition at the british museum and so I was thoroughly creeped out! now its open I cant see for the life of me how I was eve able to pick it up without it detaching as the plug is a lot smaller than the hole. Im convinced its cursed.

sorry for rambling on!

I liked the illo even before reading the story, but what a great tale! You have certainly put the family "curse" to great use!

As usual your line work is awesome. It's a great piece, and what an interesting story.
